Joybees Return & Exchange Policy

At Joybees, our goal is to ensure you love every step in your new shoes. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our return process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return Window: You may return or exchange any unused, unworn, and undamaged Joybees footwear within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

 


2. Return Options

We offer two simple methods for returning your items:

 

Option A: Self-Shipment

  1. Ship the item back at your own cost by visiting our Returns Portal.

  2. Obtain a tracking receipt from your shipping carrier.

  3. Email the tracking information to info@joybeesfootwear.com.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


Option B: Pre-Paid Return Label

  1. Request a pre-paid return label by visiting our Returns Portal.
  2. Restock fee: If your item was purchased on sale or full price, a $5 restocking fee per item will be charged for all returns. Restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Apply the label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs for self-shipment returns are non-refundable.

 


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your item and place a new order.

To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal, where you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund according to the applicable return method.

 


4. Additional Notes

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for the refund or exchange to be processed.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • International Returns: For international orders outside of Canada, please contact info@joybeesfootwear.com for specific instructions.
  • Damaged / Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer service at info@joybeesfootwear.com with photos and a detailed description, and we will assist you promptly.
